1. Purpose and Use. ainudez.eu.com provides AI-based photo processing tools that allow you to upload images and generate visual edits for private, non-commercial use only.
2. Jurisdictional Restrictions. Our Services are unavailable where their use violates local laws. See Schedule 1 for restricted countries.
3. User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and for all content you upload, modify, or generate via the Services.
4. Prohibited Sharing. Generated images are for personal use only. Downloading, sharing, publishing, or distributing generated content outside the platform may result in suspension and/or legal action.
5. Access Levels. Some features may be available without registration. Creating an account unlocks paid functionality, credit packs (“VIP Coins”) and/or subscription plans (“Plans”) as described on the Website.
6. Eligibility. You must be of legal age in your country (and at least 18 years old) and have full legal capacity. Do not upload images of others without their explicit consent. Any illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited use is strictly forbidden.

3. Data Privacy and Session Processing

All user inputs and uploads (“Input Data”) are processed within your active browser session where technically feasible. ainudez.eu.com does not store, record, or retain photos on its servers by default. When your session ends, Input Data is automatically deleted. No data is retained, shared, or reused for AI training without your explicit consent. 4. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. New features or tools may be introduced periodically and will be governed by these Terms.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that:

• Depicts minors (under 18) or any non-consensual acts;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or uses another person’s likeness without permission;
• Promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, harassment, exploitation, or discrimination;
• Attempts to bypass or disable AI safeguards, filters, or access controls, or engages in illegal activity;
• Spreads spam, malware, or conducts network abuse or security attacks.

Violations may result in content blocking, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities where required.

6. AI Fairness and Transparency

We test and refine our AI systems to support fairness, inclusivity, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not intentionally design the AI to produce biased or discriminatory outputs. If you encounter unfair or harmful results, please report them through our Contact section.

7. Training Data Disclosure

AI models used on ainudez.eu.com are trained on synthetic and/or ethically sourced datasets. We do not use personally identifiable information or user-generated content to train or retrain our AI models without explicit consent.

Our Services are not intended for children’s images. AI filters may automatically block such uploads. Flagged images are rejected and not retained, except where legally required (for example, to report unlawful material to competent authorities).

10. Monitoring and Compliance

We may monitor activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious breaches may be reported to law enforcement.

11. Payments

Registered users may purchase VIP Coins or subscription Plans to access premium features. Prices are displayed on the Website and may change at any time. Payments may be made using the accepted methods shown at checkout (such as debit or credit card, cryptocurrency, or other approved processors). You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.

12. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Access to ainudez.eu.com is restricted or unavailable in the following countries and territories, as well as in regions subject to comprehensive international sanctions: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Schedule 2 – Addendum for Australian Users

1. Australian residents must comply with applicable Australian online safety and content laws.
2. Prohibited content includes material classified as restricted under relevant Australian legislation.
3. Misuse may result in suspension, termination, and/or reporting to appropriate authorities.
4. Safety notices may appear if attempts are made to generate restricted content.
